Jelly Bean @cook_2844653
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Thoroughly mix butter, garlic and parsley in small bowl.
- 2
Place each ear of corn on a piece of aluminum foil and generously spread butter on each ear. Season corn with salt and pepper and tightly seal foil.
- 3
Place corn in crock pot; overlap ears if necessary. Add enough water to come 1/4 of the way up each ear. Cover; cook on low on 4-5 hrs. or on high 2-1/2 hrs. or until done.
- 4
Tip: Consider using your crock pot as an "extra" oven or burner during the grilling season. For example, the crock pot can cook other dishes while you monitor steaks on the grill.

BBQ Corn on the Cob with Husks BBQ Corn on the Cob with Husks
I saw a video on Youtube about grilling corn with the husks. I remade it using herbs that are easy to get in Japan. You can change the powdered herbs for herb flavored salt or seasoning salt. Adapt it to suit the BBQ!If you taste the sauce as it's being made, there's no way it will fail. If there isn't enough butter, you can add some olive oil.Enjoy!! For 4 husks of corn.
