
Cooking Instructions

Mix orange juice, zest, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, and oil in small bowl and set aside

Place spinich in small bowl with 2 tsp of water. Top with salmon and drizzle with 2 Tbsp orange-soy mixture.

Toss snap peas and carrots with remaining water and 1 Tbsp of orange-soy mixture. Cover wth plastic wrap and vent one corner

Microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes, or until salmon is slightly opaque in center and vegetables are tender.

Drizzle remaining orange-soy mixture over salmon and vegetables. Serve sprinkled with scallions
