Preheat oven to 350

In a sauce pan melt butter, don't over heat it.

Your seasonings are really at your own descretion, I don't really measure anything, I season before and after. You can add it to you're flour. Or you can add it well it's on the pan. I season the flour and again before I put in the oven.

Mix flour and bread crumbs together in a medium bowl.

Wash chicken in cold water, pat dry with paper towel.

Spray a cookie sheet with some non stick cooking spray. You can also line your cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray it

Once melted butter cools enough to put your fingers in, dip and coat each piece of chicken one by one. Roll each piece of chicken in the flour till they are completely covered. Place skin side down on your cookie sheet

Put in oven and bake for 35 minutes, take out and flip. Bake for another 15 to 25 minutes.
