Ingredients

  1. 375 gramsliver
  2. 1large Onion
  3. 2ripe and large tomatoes
  4. 2 tsptomato paste
  5. Red and green bell peppers
  6. Garlic
  7. Spices...Optional
  8. Coriander
  9. Wheat flour
  10. Salt and vegetable oil

    Get your ingredients ready

    Coat your liver in wheat flour.. It helps thicken the gravy

  3. 3

    Saute your onions and garlic till translucent

  4. 4

    Add in tomatoes tomato paste,bell peppers, salt and spices. Give it a good mix

    I used these spices

    Add a little water and allow the paste to cook for a few minutes

  7. 7

    Throw in your coated liver and mix well. Let it cook for a while before adding your stock or water. Taste and adjust seasoning if need be

    Let it cook for about 15 minutes or till ready. Do not overcook.

    Garnish with coriander. Serve with ugali, chapati, or rice.
