Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 1/2bell pepper (green or red), chopped
  3. 1/3onion, chopped
  4. 1 clovegarlic, chopped
  5. 1Jar of Pace Salsa (24 oz)
  6. 1 canHunts tomato sauce (29 oz)
  7. 2 candiced tomatoes with chiles
  8. 2 tbspchili powder
  9. 1 tspcumin
  10. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  11. 1mexican blend shredded cheese (optional for topping)

Cooking Instructions

    Brown meat in skillet until no longer pink, drain fat

  2. 2

    Add meat to crock pot along with all other ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook on low 8 hours

  4. 4

    If it's too spicy at the end, sprinkle some brown sugar and stir before serving

  5. 5

    Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese (optional)
