  • 2 tspItalian seasoning
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 3/4 tsponion powder
  • 1 pinchkosher salt & black pepper
  • as neededvegetable oil

    Toss zucchini with enough oil to coat. Season. Bake at 350 ° for approximately 20 minutes or until zucchini is caramelized and tender. Top with parmesean during last 5 minutes of cooking.
