    Sabse pahle ek bade bertan m pani boil karne rakhenge, jab pani boil ho jaye to usme 1 spoon oil or thoda sa salt dal kar noodles dalenge or thoda der boil karenge..

    Noodles boil hone par gas off karenge or ek chalni m noodles ko nikal kar raning water ke niche rakheg or noodles ko haatho se alag karenge.. (isse noodles apes m nahi chipkenge)

    Ab ek kadi m oil dal kar garam karenge, oil garam hone par usme onion dal kar colour change hone tak fry karenge, onion fry hone par ab sabhi veg add karenge salt or black pepper dal kar milaye jab tak sabji pak na jaye...

    Ab veg pakne par boiled kye hue. Noodles milade. Ab vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce dal kar shouted karenge achche shoted karein (jisse noodles m sabhi masale or sauce achche se mil jaye) ab aap ke noodles ready hai...
