Here's the most favourite Chinese dish noodles just like street style.

Heat water(3 glass) in a deep bottomed kadhai put oil(1 tsp) noodle packet + salt and boil noodle (90%)

Remove in a strainer and pour cold water and keep aside.

Heat oil (2 tsp) put whisked egg and make omelette remove in a plate and cut roughly into small pieces.

Heat kadhai or pan put oil 1 tbsp and put ginger garlic paste cook 1 mins.then add cabbage + carrot + capsicum + salt(little) and saute on a slow flame for 3 to 4 mins.

Add noodles + soya sauce + green chilli sauce + black pepper powder + omellete pieces + shredded chicken and mix well on a high flame and cook 2 mins on high flame.

And your noodles is ready.
