  1. 1 lbTurkey (ground)
  2. 1 largeGreen Pepper (chopped)
  3. 1 cupYellow Onion (chopped)
  4. 1 tbspGarlic (minced)
  5. 1 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  6. 2 cupChicken Stock (low sodium)
  7. 1 cancrushed tomatoes (28 Oz undrained)
  8. 1 canDiced tomatoes with green Chiles (undrained)
  9. 1 canRed kidney beans (16 Oz)
  10. 1 tbspChili Powder
  11. 1 tbspsugar
  12. 2 tbspSriracha chili sauce
  13. 1 1/2 tspSea salt
  14. 1 tspCumin (ground)
  15. 1 tspGarlic powder
  16. 1 tspDried Oregano

Cooking Instructions

    Drain and rinse kidney beans. Combine and mix both cans of tomatoes, chicken stock, kidney beans, dry spices and herbs, and sriracha sauce into crock pot. Turn on crock pot to high.

    Saute onions, green pepper, and minced garlic. Add garlic after onions are translucent to avoid burning garlic.

    Add sauteed onions, green peppers, and garlic to crock pot and stir in.

    In saute pan, brown the turkey. Add turkey to crock pot, and stir in.

    Let chili sit in crock pot on high for at least an hour. Then serve or store.
