Ingredients

4 servings

5or 6 tomatoes depending on size
4 ozFeta cheese, more or less to taste
1/4 cupDiced Red Onion
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
2 tbspOlive oil
1 bunchBasil, chiffonaded

Dice tomatoes, put in mixing bowl

Add all other ingredients plus salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

Serve with just about anything. It's especially good with grilled foods!
