A classic burger made low-carb today. I'll use keto bread as the burger bun. The keto bread recipe was shared before this one.I'll also use sautéed onions with bacon as a filling in the burger, giving it a savory-sweet flavor and a wonderful aroma.

This can be a appitizer, cutting each mushroom into fourths. They can be served as a lunch or dinner with potatos , rice or pasta. I served them here as a main dish salad which really worked ot great!

This recipe is slightly modified from Taste of Home. I’ve made this dish several times and my family loves it. I’m a picky person, but if you need some extra flavor you can add the hamburger toppings such as onion, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
