  1. 100 mlolive oil
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 100 gramsbacon
  4. 100 mlport wine
  5. 10meatballs
  6. 150 gramsrisoto rice
  7. 1 dashsalt and pepper
  8. 200 gramsfresh mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    chop onion and bacon in small pieces and cook in olive oil

  2. 2

    Fry the meatballs in the same Olive oil

  3. 3

    remove the meatballs aside

  4. 4

    to the same pan join the rice and mix with port wine until evaporates

  5. 5

    add the chopped mushrooms

  6. 6

    join preheated water a glass at a time until the risk to is rightly. cooked

  7. 7

    join the meatballs to the pan

  8. 8

    in the end add parmesan cheese at fast
