  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 4 clovegarlic; minced
  3. 3jalapeños; small dice
  4. 1red bell pepper; small dice
  5. 1green bell pepper; small dice
  6. 1large yellow onion; minced
  7. 1 candiced tomatoes w/ celery, onion, & green pepper
  8. 1 bottlechili sauce
  9. 1/2 Cbrown sugar
  10. 1/2 Cketchup
  11. 1/3 cupapple cider vinegar
  12. 2/3 cupworcestershire sauce
  13. 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  14. 1 Tgarlic powder
  15. 1 Tonion powder
  16. 1 Tpaprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a large sauce pot. No oil or butter. Ground beef makes it own fat. Add ground beef. Season with dried spices, salt, and pepper.

    Brown ground beef well on one side. Add veggies except garlic. Stir. Finish cooking beef through. Add garlic 30 seconds before beef is finished browning. Stir.

    Add wet ingredients. Stir. Heat thoroughly. Adjust seasoning.

This looks good. I remember eating Sloppy Joes for lunch when I was in grade school, but yours looks better.
