Before I don’t really like beet. I don’t know why? I just don’t really like with the color and maybe because it’s a category of root vegetables. One day hubby bought cooked beets from Costco. And like it or not I have to make something out of it. So, after got some inspiration from the website about beets recipes. I found there’re many salad recipes based on beets. Since I have cold watermelon and mints in my garden, so I decided to give it try. Ohh my, it was so delicious. Since then I am the one who reminds my hubby to get me beets every time he went to Costco. And better than that, I started loved beets either cooked or the raw beet. So here is my favorite beet salads recipe.
