First Brown bread ko triangular shape mein kat ke half refined oil half ghee de ke fry karna padega lal lal karke.

Ab kadai mein chini aur pani daalke sira aur sugar syrup bana na padega thoda elaichi powder aur gulab ka pani de ke. Thoda gada karna padega sugar syrup.

Pura thanda ho jaye to bread slices ko just both sides dip kar kei uthana hoga. Rakhna maath warna soft ho jayega bread.

Ab gas mein full fat milk daal ke gada or thick karna hoga aur thoda sa garam dudh mein kesar bhigoke rakhna padega.Continuously chamach se hilana hoga warna niche lag jayengi. Dudh thoda thick ho jaye to condensed milk dalna hain.pura thick ho jaye phir sugar swad anusar daal na padega.shaath mein kaju, gulab ka pani, kesar, kismis,almond,pista thoda thoda karke aur chote elaichi bhi. Achhe se mila ke gas off karna hain aur thanda karna hain.

Ab ek kach ke bowl mein bread ko saajha ke upar se dudh ko daal ke elaichi, pista, cherry, kismis, kaju chote chote pieces, almond ke chote chote pieces daal ke freeze mein 2 hours rakh ke serve kijiye thanda thanda shahi mughal dessert "Shahi Tukda"
