Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoaked and pre ucooked Chana dal
  2. 1/2 cupsoya granules
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1Potato
  5. 3 tablespoonbesan
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 cupBread crumbs for outer layer of kabab
  8. 1/2 teaspoonChole masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  10. Amchur as per taste
  11. 100 gmsRaisins at least

Cooking Instructions

    First grind the pre cooked Chanadhal then add the soaked soya garnuels it give it a mix to this add grated carrot and mashed aloo. Add salt to taste chilli powder chole masala, amchur and besan Mix all well.

    Now make a ball and a hole in between and add raisins as per taste you can add one or two or as many as I have added, make a ball and coat it with bread crumbs and grill it. Healthy kabab is ready. The other option is frying if not health conscious.
