I like to experiment with different ingredients and come up with new recipes. This is one of them and one of my favorite veggie kabab. One can call it veggie burger or cutlets too.

Prep time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 30 minutes

There are varieties of veggies available in the market and the most amazing thing about this recipe is that you do not have to stuck with the one I have used here. You can add the veggies of your own choice and can make varieties of kababs. 🙂
