Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8large corn on the cobb with the husk on
  2. As neededwater to soak
  3. 2 sticksbutter / margarine soften
  4. 1 tablespoonchopped parsley
  5. 1-1/2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  6. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the corn in water. For at least an hour.

  2. 2

    Heat the grill I used charcoal and wood

  3. 3

    Mix the soft butter, garlic, salt and parsley

  4. 4

    Pull back the husk

  5. 5

    Slather the butter mixture on the corn

  6. 6

    Push the husk back on the cobb and tie the top with twine or corn husk.

  7. 7

    Add buttered up and tied

  8. 8

    Put on the grill. Turn every 15 minutes a quarter turn.

  9. 9
