Ingredients

  1. 500 gtilapia fish fillet
  2. 2tsb cooking oil
  3. Onion rings
  4. 1little coriander leaves chopped
  5. 1 tsptumeric powder
  6. 1lemon for lemon juice
  7. 1Chopped garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the fish fillet with tumeric powder, lemon juice and garlic powder for 90mins

    Heat cooking oil in a shallow frying pan. Dip the marinade to fry on one side then toss to fry on the other side.

    Keep tossing on both sides till 3 tosses.

    Add the onion rings and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Add 1 tsp chilli and a pinch salt according to your taste.

  6. 6

    Cover and allow to cook for 5mins.
