Pan Fried Tilapia Fish

This is one of the fish recipes we learnt from Roopal during Kisumu Cookout. It was very tasty and everybody was left craving for more.
Cooking Instructions

Marinate the fish fillet with tumeric powder, lemon juice and garlic powder for 90mins
- 2
Heat cooking oil in a shallow frying pan. Dip the marinade to fry on one side then toss to fry on the other side.

Keep tossing on both sides till 3 tosses.

Add the onion rings and coriander leaves.

Add 1 tsp chilli and a pinch salt according to your taste.

Cover and allow to cook for 5mins.
