Ingredients

  1. Deep fried Tilapia fish
  2. 1tomato(cubed)
  3. 1onion
  4. Cooking oil(1table spoon)
  5. 2 clovesgarlic(crashed)
  6. Dhania
  7. Water(1/2 cup)
  8. Note:double ingredients depending on number of fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put cooking oil in a pre-heated cooking pan/sufuria

  2. 2

    Add the onions&cook for a minute(until light brown)

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and cook for half a minute

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and cook till a paste is formed(about 2 minutes)

  5. 5

    Add the water and bring the mixture to boil(or use pre-boiled water).

  6. 6

    Dip the fish and cover to cook for about 5 minutes(under low heat)

  7. 7

    Sprinkle the dhania on top and set aside.

  8. 8

    Serve with Ugali
