Ingredients

  1. 4Bread slices
  2. 2Potatoes boiled
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 2Green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 cupBesan
  7. To tasteSalt according to your taste
  8. For fryingOil
  9. HandfulCoriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Cut bread slices in a triangle shape

    In a bowl add boiled potatoes, onion,green chilli coriander and salt mix it well and keep a side

  3. 3

    In a bowl add besan red chilli salt and make a thin paste with water

  4. 4

    Now take one slice put potatoes mixture cover with another slice

  5. 5

    Now dip this bread in a besan

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with sauce
