As the name suggests P for Priyadarshini and P for Pasta. Anytime Any day this is my favorite dish. Pasta is an Italian dish, but to suit our Indian taste buds, created this dish with Indianess touch having cheese and chilli flakes. So, this pasta is with a twist for better.

Cooking Instructions

Pasta, carrot, and beans - boil all 3 together. Strain the water out. After around 15-20 mins. Take a kadhai, add butter, cumin seeds, chopped onion and fry till the contents turn into medium brown colour. Add then capsicum and green chillies. Stir for 3-4 mins. Add the chopped tomato, and stir for 2 mins and cover the kadhai with a lid and keep the flame low. Check in between to see if the tomatoes are soggy. Then add all the spices into it. Add tomato puree.

Add little water to it and ensure that you still till the dry smell of spices go away. Add then add the pasta (pasta, carrot, beans) into the kadhai. Add tomato sauce to it. Stir the contents for 5-10 mins with every thing. Close the stove and put back the lid onto the kadhai. Then take a microwave safe service plate, add the pasta to it. Add grated cheese on the top and chilli flakes. Put that in microwave and switch on the microwave for 1-1/2 mins. Serve it hot after taking it out.
