Ingredients

  1. 5Hotdogs
  2. 1Finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1Finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  4. 1Finely chopped red bell pepper
  5. 2Finely chopped onion
  6. 1finely chopped potato
  7. 2Finely chopped tomatoes
  8. 100 gmsFinely diced cheese
  9. 2Finely chopped green chilli
  10. 1 teaspoonSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  14. 2 tablespoonsMayonnaise
  15. 2 tablespoonsTomato sauce
  16. 2 tablespoonsButter
  17. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  18. Sesame seeds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and put 2 teaspoons of butter in it. Add onions and saute till they get golden colour, add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add all vegetables to pan and mix well. Let them cook for 5 mins. Now switch off your flame and add lemon juice, cheese and coriander leaves and mix all well.

    Now take a hotdog and make a cut in the centre of it's top. Put some mayonnaise and tomato sauce inside the cut and fill the filling material. Now brush the hotdog with butter from all the sides. Heat a pan and fry it from all sides.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves and serve with mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
