Cooking Instructions

Mix gram flour,carom seeds,1/4 spoon salt,1/4 spoon red chilli powder and water in a bowl

Peel and mashed potatoes

Make a thick batter

Mix salt,garam masala,amchur powder,chilli powder and turmeric powder in potatoes

Slit chilli lengthwise and stuff potato stuffing in it

Serve with sauce.

Dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil
