Steps

First mash potato and add all ingredients. I.e ginger garlic chilli paste, turmeric, amchur powder, coriander, salt and mix it. Make small pattis of it.

Now make make slighly thick batter of besan and water and add salt in it.

Coat aloo pattis with besan batter and deep fry it.

Cut pav in half. Place aloo patti in and eat eat with garlic chutney
