Peel and mash boiled potatoes add salt.

Heat the pan with 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and crackle both, then after add curry leaves and green chillies, turmeric and add mashed potato and mix all ingredients well.

Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour little bit salt and turmeric powder mix all thing with 1 cup water and make a thick consistency for coating vada.

Make a small ball shape vada with potato, heat the oil in a vessel after that dip potato ball into gram flour paste and deep fry them.vada is ready.

Take mixie jar add garlic cloves, coconut powder, fried peanuts, salt and grind into fine powder.Do not add water. If needed then add 1 tbsp oil so chutney is ready

Take a pav cut in half coat red chutney add vada and serve.
