Take a bowl pour besan inside and add haldi powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, then with the help of little amount of water make besan batter.

Take all big green chillis wash and cut inside for filling.

Then take a pan heat with oil then here pour chopped onions ginger garlic paste, small cut green chillis add here.

After then put boiled mashed potatoes add all spices.

Then take a pan heat with oil, then this stuff is filled inside big green chilli and pan into besan mixture and fry it deeply at medium low flame carefully then serve it with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
