Cooking Instructions

Place the pork steaks in a greased the casserole or ovenproof dish. Lay 4 steaks on the bottom.

Spread the apple sauce on each chop all over.

Next pour the wine in a cup and pour all over, also the chicken stock

Then sprinkle the balsamic vinegar

Cover the dish and cook in a preheated oven 170°C / gas 6 for 1/2 hour

Bring out the dish and turn the chops over so the bottom steaks are at the top cover and return to the oven for 1 hour

They should be tender, take out the chops set aside and add the corn starch/flour and stir. It will be a little thicker

Then add the sweet chili sauce and stir in.

Return the chops to the dish put back in the oven for 20 minutes with no cover.

Serve with noodles, boiled potatoes and veg.
