Ask the butcher to cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with soy sauce and egg.

Cut the onion and bell pepper into chunks and set aside.

Place sweet potato starch in a deep dish.

Prepare the sauce in advance.

Coat the pork pieces in sweet potato starch and fry until crispy.

Set the fried pork pieces aside.

Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper in the oil until fragrant.

Add the pork pieces and pour in the ketchup sauce, mixing well.

Serve on a plate.
