Brown chapatis

I always cook white chapatis because thats what my family enjoys, so, today i thought i should do brown chapatis, i was worried they wouldn't eat them but they enjoyed the chapatis very much.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix together dry ingredients.

Make a well and add your milk and Knead
- 3
Remove from the bowl and continue kneading on a flat surface until it's smooth and elastic

Roll into a circle

Brush oil

Roll to form a rod

Make a spiral

Repeat for the whole dough

Set aside. If you have time, cover with a damp cloth or cling film to retain moisture.

Roll out again to form a circle

Under medium heat, place your skillet then the rolled chapati dough.Let it cook as you keep rotating it on the skillet

Turn the other side

Apply oil and turn again, until it's fully cooked.

Repeat until all the chapatis are cooked.

Serve with your favorite stew
