Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3 cupsboiled njahi
  2. 1medium size onion diced
  3. 2large tomatoes diced
  4. 1 bunchCoriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbscooking oil
  7. 250 gminced meat or cut into very small pieces
  8. 3medium size carrots grated
  9. Halfa tsp beef masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil and Fry onion in to golden brown

  2. 2

    Add in the meat breaking it as it cooks to crumbs. Cook on medium heat for 20 min. add in the tomatoes and beef masala.

    Let it cook until tomatoes become puree. Add in the njahi. Cook further for a 10min. Add salt.add Little water simmer 3 min.

    Remove from heat add the carrot and coriander. Stir. Serve hot.
