Ingredients

  1. 1Medium size potato
  2. 100 ga Beef Chilli
  3. 1 TSPButter
  4. 1 tblsGoats Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Make the Chilli beef or defrost if you have some frozen.

  2. 2

    Wash the potato and stick holes in it all around add to a microwave plate. And cook for 8 minutes half way turn the potato over and cook for the rest of the time.

    Take the potato and add to a serving plate cut across the top half way through the potato in a cross making 4 pieces and add salt and Butter inside to meltnext while still hot add the chilli beef

    Next add the Chilli Beef on top of the potato.

    Add the Soft Goats cheese on top of the Chilli Beef. It will melt a little. Then serve hot.
