Bulgogi-style Beef Offcuts Stir-fry

This is a one-bowl side dish. My husband likes simmered beef, so I tried my hand at arranging it into a Chinese-style dish.
When the meat has changed color but the vegetables haven't quite softened, place the meat on top of the vegetables to prevent burning, or getting tough. Recipe by moisturelove2000

Bulgogi-style Stir-fry with Beef (or Pork) and Lettuce Bulgogi-style Stir-fry with Beef (or Pork) and Lettuce
Lots of friends come to our house to have dinner. I often make this as a quick dish which goes well with beer. This dish goes well with rice too, so I posted it here.If you use sliced pork belly, a lot of fat comes out. Too much fat disturbs the taste, so absorb the excess with a paper towel if necessary. You can use the mixture of gochujiang and doubanjiang chilli paste too.The spicy hotness will be enhanced and it'll be nice. Korean beef bulgogi Korean beef bulgogi
Bulgogi is one of the famous Korean food. In many bulgogi recipes you might find that Asian pears, kiwi, cola, or 7 up needed. But if you use steak meat, these ingredients aren not needed. Because soda, grated Asian pears/kiwi are often used to tenderize the meat. Tra Cul -

Beef Bulgogi (불고기) Beef Bulgogi (불고기)
Here's my own bulgogi recipe. Any thinly sliced cut of beef can be used (this time I used brisket/short plate), and the recipe works with pork or even chicken. Korean nashi pears have a flavour that is kinda halfway between a regular pear and an apple so an apple like a red gala can be a reasonable substitute. It's used to tenderise the meat, but it takes time to work... I initially tried to cook it after only one hour and the meat was still quite tough. Maybe pineapple might be more effective but I hear one needs to be careful with it. 🇰🇷 蛟龍Stormwyrm
