Ingredients

  1. 10-12Garlic cloves
  2. Salt as required
  3. 3-4Dry Red chilli
  4. 1 tbspDry coriander (seeds)
  5. 1 tspOil
  6. Water is required

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    In a grinder jar, add garlic cloves, salt, red chilli, coriander and make a paste of them.

    Heat oil in a saucepan, add paste, stir it for sometime.

  4. 4

    Add some chopped garlic cloves, (heat increase the taste)

  5. 5

    Cook it until it leaves the edges of the pan

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
