Ingredients

  2. 2 teaspoonBaking powder
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 250 gButter
  5. 5Eggs
  6. Cocoa powder
  7. Vanilla essence

    Empty your butter in a bowl and add your sugar. Mix them until it becomes lighter in colour and fluffy.

    Break the eggs one at a time and mix until it becomes well combined. I poured mine in a blender and blended it until it became smooth.

    In a different bowl sieve the flour and add your baking powder.

    Pour the flour into your batter and mix until well incorporated and add your cocoa powder and vanilla essence and mix again..

    Fill the batter in paper cups or cake mould and bake in the oven. To check when it is done prick a toothpick, if it comes out clean it means it is done.

    You can add whipping cream on top of the cake. Enjoy
