  1. 1/2 cup- Paneer
  2. 4 tbsp- Grateted Cheese
  3. 1/4 cup- Chopped Coriander
  4. 1/4 cup- Schezwan Sauce
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 14-16- Biscuit
  7. 1/4 cup- Refined Flour
  8. 1/2 cup- Bread Crumbs
  9. As neededOil to fry

    Grate the paneer and cheese.

    In a bowl add grated paneer, cheese, coriander, and schezwan sauce and mix it well.

    Now put stuffing on one biscuit, and cover it with another.

    Now make slurry of refined flour.

    Now dip the portion of biscuit from where stuffing is visible.

    Now coat it with bread crumbs.

    Now dip hole biscuit in slurry, and coat it with bread crumbs.

    Heat the oil, and fry these biscuit on medium flame.

    Schezwan biscuit starter is ready.
