Dadar tipis begini namanya crepes kalau di Perancis tapi kalau di Belgia ini yang namanya pancake. Sedangkan pancake yang tebal itu khas Amerika katanya. Terserah deh mau kasih nama apa tapi setelah saya riset, resep nya kurang lebih sama kok.

I had a discussion with my Belgian husband one sunday morning because I called this thin pancake as crepes, but he said that in Belgium it's called pancake. While the thick pancake is typical American. Well, whatever you called it I found the recipe is similar one with another.

  1. 360 mlsusu cair
  2. 100 gramtepung terigu serba guna
  3. 2 butirtelur
  4. 1 sdmminyak sayur atau minyak zaitun
  5. 2 sdmgula pasir
  6. 1 sdtvanilla
  7. mentega untuk melapisi wajan
  8. topping sesuai selera (saya pakai selai cokelat, pisang, dan gula palem)
  9. Ingredients:
  10. 360 mlmilk
  11. 100 grall purpose flour
  12. 2eggs
  13. 1 tbsolive oil
  14. 2 tbssugar
  15. 1 tspvanilla
  16. butter for greasing the pan
  17. whatever topping you like (I use banana, chocolate spread, and palm sugar)

Cara Membuat

    Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kecuali mentega kedalam blender atau food processor. Blender selama 3 sampai 5 menit hingga adonan sedikit berbusa

    Panaskan wajan, olesi dengan sedikit mentega. Lalu tuang satu sendok sayur adonan keatas wajan

    Masak hingga adonan bagian bawah berwarna kecokelatan (kurang lebih 2 menit), lalu balik crepes dan masak hingga kedua sisi matang

    Tambahkan topping sesuai selera

    Methods:

    Place all the ingredients except butter in a blender or a food processor. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes until the batter becomes slightly frothy

    Heat a small pan and grease with butter. Pour the batter into pan

  8. 8

    Let cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown. Flip the crepe and let the other side cook for another 2 minutes

    Serve with topping as you like
