Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsFlour
  2. 3 tbspButter
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. pinchSalt
  5. 1 tspYeast
  6. 1/3 cuppowdered Milk
  7. 1 cupWarm water
  8. 1 tspFlavor
  9. 1Egg

Cooking Instructions

    To proof the activeness of your yeast,add 1 tsp of yeast in 1,1/2 cup of warm water,let it sit for 10mins,if its active it will proof with so much bubbles and the bubbles will double its sizes.Add sugar and 1 egg.

    Mix the flour,salt,milk in a bowl and add the warm water containing the yeast,sugar and egg,add flavor and knead well for 10mints, add the butter,continue kneading for 15mints.

    Cut into small balls cover with leather and allow to rise for about 40mins in a warm place.

    The balls will double or triple its sizes if the yeast is active.Use the middle finger to make a ring at the center of the rised dough.

    Fry both sides in low heat

    Sprinkle sugar all over and serve.
