Ingredients

  1. 1 packIndomie noodle
  2. 1/2 cupdiced potato
  3. 2tblspn diced carrot
  4. 2tblspn peas
  5. 1-2tblspn veg oil
  6. 1small onion
  7. 1bonnet pepper
  8. 1boiled egg

Cooking Instructions

    Add water, carrots, peas, potato

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan cut the onion and the bonnet pepper, fry them together over a medium heat.

    Add water, the noodle spice, carrots, peas and potato. Allow them to boil for about 4-5mins.

  4. 4

    Add the noodle and let it cook for another 5mins. Then served with a boiled egg.
