Ramuan

  1. 1big bowl of cooked white rice (ensure rice does not have too much moisture. It needs to be slightly dry)
  2. 1big red onion thinly sliced
  3. 5cloves of chopped garlic
  4. 2-3spoonful of blended chili
  5. 1cup of anchovies
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
  7. 5table spoon of cooking
  8. 2eggs

Cara Memasak

    Heat up oil in a frying wok at low heat.

    Fry the anchovies until it turns brown and crispy. Then, toss it out of the wok & set aside.

    Using the same oil, saute the sliced onion and chopped garlic until fragrant.

    Combine the blended chili.

    When the oil starts to separate, pour in the bowl of rice & mix well. Add salt & pepper.

    When the rice has been mixed well, turn off heat and pour the fried anchovies onto the rice.

    Pour rice into a large bowl or plate to serve.

    In a separate bowl, beat the 2 eggs. Fry in beaten eggs as if you are making an omelet. Once it’s cooked, slice it into long thin strips.

    Garnish the eggs onto the fried rice
