Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajma
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2onion paste
  5. 2tomato paste
  6. 1 tbspginger paste
  7. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  8. 2green chilli paste
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tbspblack peper masala
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala
  14. To tasteSalt
  15. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rajma and allow it to soak overnight.

    Wash it again and pressure cook with 2.5 cup water and salt.

    Once the rajma is soft and squishy remove it from heat and keep it aside.

    Take a bottom pan. Put into oil. When it get heated add garlic ginger green chilli paste.

    After 1 min put into onion paste when it changed brown colour then add into tomato paste and mix well...

    After 2 min put into salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,black peper powder and mix well.(if u eat vry spicy put into red chilli powder.)

    Cook till the spices become fragrant and oil start leaving the sides of pan.

    Now add the rajma and 1 cup boil water mix well and cook covered for 10 min.

    Once done,add oil.you can garnish with coriander leaves.now rajma is ready.

    To make a steamed rice.boiled 1 cup rice with 5 cups of water.once the rice is soft,strain and discard the water.spread the rice on plate and allow it to air for 2-3 min.
