Wash the lady finger, and slit it.

In a bowl take all spices, mix it. Now add 1tbsp oil and mix it.

Now fill this mixture in lady fingers.

Heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin, fenugreek and black seeds.

As seeds start crackling, add lady fingers. Mix it well. Cover it and cook it 8-10 min at low flame.

Stir it in 2-3 interval. Check it if lady finger is soft, off the flame.
