Ingredients

  1. 250 gm rajma
  2. 2chopped onion
  3. 2chopped tomato
  4. 2 tsp garlic ginger paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 1/2 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  10. 2 tbsprefind oil
  11. 1 glassRice
  12. 1 tspJeera
  13. 1 spoonrefined oil for rice

Cooking Instructions

    Soak tge rajma fir whole night

    Wash properly in morning

  3. 3

    Heat the refined in pressure cooker

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion paste

  5. 5

    When it change it's colour add garlic ginger paste

  6. 6

    After2-3minutes add tomato paste

  7. 7

    Add other ingredients salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi, coriander powder

    Mix well and add rajma

  9. 9

    Niw add water 3glass

  10. 10

    Close the cooker and cook on high flame until 6whistle

  11. 11

    Close the gas rajma is ready

  12. 12

    For rice heat the refined in cooker

  13. 13

    Add jeera

  14. 14

    When it changes it's colour add rice and salt

    Add 2glass water

  16. 16

    Close the cooker

    Switch off the gas aFter 1whistle

  18. 18

    Chawal rajma is ready for eating
