রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ

প্যান গরম হলে সর্ষের তেল দিন।
- 2
মাছ ভাজুন।
- 3
এতে কালোজিরা দিন।
- 4
এবার কাঁচা লঙ্কা ও সর্ষে বাটুন।
- 5
এবার এতে উষ্ণ জল ও ভাজা মাছ মেশান।
- 6
স্বাদমত চিনি ও নুন দিন।
- 7
শেষে ধনেপাতা দিন।
