Beef Stew
It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So... I decided to make a beef stew now. It’s cold now and these dishes warm the soul. I never appreciated beef stew when I was younger. But I realize how fine of a dish it is in my older age haha.

Lamb Meatball & Root Vegetable Stew with Drop Biscuits
The list of ingredients is long, and there are quite a few steps in comparison to most of my recipes, but this is extremely easy to make!I had ground lamb in my freezer so decided to do a twist on lamb stew. It's different than the norm, but still very tasty. I made my butterless drop biscuits to plop on top which turned out to be an excellent idea so I am including that in the process. You don't HAVE to do that part though.

Grilled Cheese with Fried Egg and Salsa
Was craving fried food and cheese, and didn't want to pay to go out to eat. Whipped this up from what I had in the fridge: cheeses could easily be substituted, and fresh tomatoes could replace salsa. This is the wonderful monster I came up with, so easy and delicious!

Chickpea Stew
Being a cook is being an artist —You can mix ingredients in your fridge or pantry and get creative results! I had some chickpea cans I wanted to use and I decided to make this vegetarian strew which turned out delicious ! I used vegetables I had in my fridge and you can too! You can substitute the green peppers for red/orange/ yellow or add any vegetables you already have like celery or carrots. The important thing is that you make it with love and you get creative while doing it.

Chickpea Stew with Cod and Spinach - Quick Version
This stew is very typical during Easter, and yesterday when I saw the cod at the store, I thought, 'I'm going to try it!' This is my quick version with what I had in the fridge, and I must say it turned out perfect!

Tomato Stew with Cabbage and Meatballs
The cabbage is sweet and tender! Kids love it too. It's so simple, yet my husband thinks it takes about 5 hours to make, and he loves it. The origin of this recipe: I had a lot of cabbage at home. I wanted to make something with flavors and textures that kids would enjoy. I didn't have much time, so I wanted to create a rich flavor easily. The measurements are easy to remember too!

Greek Yogurt Butter Chicken Stew
Got this recipe from NYT Cooking when I was feeling a little adventurous (don't know what to cook, more like). It's savory and although reminds me of curry, it is not spicy at all. Goes great with rice. There are a lot of ingredients on the list so, adjust to suit taste. There's no sugar in original article, I just like to make a little sweeter)

My beef stew
I took two stew recipes and mashed them together to come up with this!! This time I was smart and wrote down what I did!! As always, a huge thank you to the talents of my hubby Mike for his photography talents!!

Crispy Fried Egg White with White Mugwort
I had leftover egg whites from making mayonnaise. Personally, I love crispy egg whites when eating fried eggs, so I decided to enhance the nutritional value by adding white mugwort leaves from Khun Jeep's FB Page, 'My Home Garden'. The result is crispy fried egg whites with a fragrant herbal aroma.

Chicken Vegetable Stew
Leftovers leftovers leftovers. I made smothered chicken last night. My recipe is on Cookpad. I used all my rice last night but I did have half a bag of egg noodles. Dug in the freezers and found frozen partial bags of peas and corn lol par for the course with me. Since not everyone will have the leftover smothered chicken I’ll write this the way I would do it the easy way.

I had started to make stew before I realised I didn't have any stew stock cubes. I panicked a little and came up with this. There isn't much to it, but it's healthy and my husband loved it ♪Season with salt and pepper if you like. The thick texture of the potato is very important, so boil it until soft. Soy milk is sweet, so you don't need to add onions. Recipe by Fuwafuwanoeru

Crockpot beef stew my way.

Hearty and Badass Beef Stew

Tender Beef Shank Stew
I made this dish before, but I didn't make up a recipe for it. So I decided to make a proper one this time. Easy Sausage & Bean Stew
It's a cool, gray day here, so a hearty stew seems perfect for dinner. Canned beans that have been in the cupboard for a while and a link of sausage from last week's grocery run seemed like a good place to start! This looks like a long list of ingredients, but they're pretty common pantry staples. And if you don't have some of the herbs/spices, no worries. Use what you got! ;)

Beef stew # 2
This is another version of beef stew. I like to change it up every once in awhile. This does make a lot as I have a crowd to feed lol and it will be devoured. I love to serve beef stew with buttered cornbread.

Standard Chinese-style Stir-fried Egg and Tomatoes
I always make this dish, so my hands remembers how to make it.Caution:1) This dish is delicious seasoned simply with salt and tomatoes, so don't add other ingredients or vegetables or it'll mess up the dish. If you don't like the tartness of tomatoes, half the amount of tomatoes.2) Use salt and pepper if you don't have ground Sichuan pepper powder.1) Peel the tomatoes (tip at Recipe ID : 851662).2) Use slightly more salt than usual to bring out the tartness of the tomatoes. Adjust the amount of salt depending on the tomato size. You can add water to the stir-fry so it becomes soupy. Recipe by Beru
