Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd (yogurt)
  2. To tastesalt
  3. 1/2tsb red chilli
  4. 1/2tsb garam masala
  5. 1/2Roasted cumin powder (bhuna hua zeera)
  6. To tasteblack pepper powder
  7. 1/2 cupboondi

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly whisk the yogurt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the boondi and mix.

  3. 3

    Add all dry spices powder and stir the raita well.

  4. 4

    Leave the raita for 5to10 minutes In room temperature so that boondi become soft.

  5. 5

    Garnish boondi raita with mint or coriander leaves.
