  4. 1gajar kti hue
  5. 1 spoon kti adrak
  6. namak swad anusar
  7. 1/2 spoon haldi powder
  8. 1 spoon dhaniya saunf powder
  9. 1 spoon kta hara dhaniya
  10. 1kta hua tamatar
  11. 2-3curry patta
  12. 1 spoon ghee
  13. 1 spoon jeera
  14. 1 spoon rai
  15. 2 bowl pani

    Sabse pahale sabhi vegetables ko wash and chopped kar le

    Coriander wash kar pure bna le

  3. 3

    Ab gas par cooker mai ghee garam kare

  4. 4

    Ab jeera,rai,curry leaves add kar saute kare

  5. 5

    Ab tomatoes, chilli, ginger saute kar sabhi vegetables, daliya add kar saute kare

  6. 6

    Ab sabhi masala, salt, coriander pure,paani add kre cooker band kare

  7. 7

    1whistle aane par gas 5..7 minute sim par rakhe

  8. 8

    Ab daliya taiyar hai, daliya ko chopped coriander se garnish kar garma garam green chutney ke saath serve kare.
