Ingredients

  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. 2 teaspoonMayonnaise
  3. 2 teaspoonstomato sauce
  4. 1 cupchopped capsicum
  5. 1/2boiled mashed aloo
  6. 1 cupchopped onion
  7. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  8. 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  12. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  13. 2 teaspoonghee
  14. As required oil for tadka
  15. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    To Make subji add oil in a Kadhai then add jeera let it splutter add turmeric powder, hing, onions,ginger garlic paste and pinch of salt and cook well. Now add capsicum and cook till half done once done add all the masala with a sprinkle of water and cook for a min, to this add mashed salted aloo and mix well and keep aside. Next step
    take bread spread mayonnaise and sauce, place the subji then over it another bread and grill it with ghee on it. Let it become crisp and brown.
