Cooking Instructions

First of all take a bowl pour this refined flour, baking powder, curd, ghee and then make dough with two table spoons of water.

After then for sugar syrup take a pan, keep on the gas flame, then insert sugar, water, cardamom powder, saffron water and lemon juice and boiled upto 8-10 minutes.

Then rest it upto 10 minutes.

Then from dough make small ball, press at the center, then fry these at medium flame.

After then put into the sugar syrup for five to ten minutes.

Then serve with chopped pista, badam and kaju.
