Roast kari patta and sarso ki beej in 2 teaspoon oil add channa dal cook till golden brown now add suji roast till brown

After cooling down put it into a mixing bowl and add curd with maggi masala mix

Now litlle by little in separate katori add color of each food color mix

Pour into idli moulds

Steam it for 6 min in microwave
